TENJET: CHRONIC TENDONITIS TREATMENT NOW AVAILABLE TO U.S. PATIENTS

The TenJet Percutaneous Tenotomy System is “an all-in-one tool for needling, debridement and lavage of diseased tendon tissue under ultrasound guidance.” It’s one of the most effective and minimally invasive chronic tendonitis treatments available.

What Makes TenJet a Better Chronic Tendonitis Treatment?

Noble Pain Management & Sports Medicine was actually involved in the development of this procedure. We worked with HydroCision to pinpoint what patients and doctors were missing from current chronic tendonitis treatments to develop a less invasive, more convenient solution.

The TenJet procedure can be performed with local anesthesia in an outpatient clinic, or in the operating room under IV anesthesia if the patient chooses. It takes an average of 10 minutes to complete.

TenJet can be performed on most chronic tendon injuries, including the shoulders, elbows, hips knees, achilles tendon, and plantar fasciitis.

Fun fact: we’re the first clinic in Texas to use TenJet for hip pain!

Konica Minolta Signs with HydroCision to Distribute TenJet Percutaneous Tenotomy System in the U.S.

The long-awaited treatment for chronic tendonitis is now available for U.S. patients. For those who “suffer from chronic tendinopathy who have not responded to conservative treatment,” this procedure could provide much-needed relief.

HydroCision, a water-jet technology and medical device company, developed a fluidjet-assisted soft tissue removal system specifically for tendinopathy and chronic tendonitis.

In April 2018, HydroCision agreed to partner with Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas (a leader in medical diagnostic imaging) to distribute this quick, easy, and affordable treatment to chronic tendonitis patients.

Many physicians are already requesting this procedure due to its effectiveness in treating chronic tendon issues that haven’t responded to traditional treatments. Patients are equally interested in TenJet for its fast, minimally invasive approach.

If you’re struggling with difficult chronic tendonitis, ask your doctor about the TenJet procedure. You can learn more about the TenJet Percutaneous Tenotomy System below:
